At the end of the physical inventory, the
Bar|Scan database can be exported or linked to your current fixed asset or tax
database. New assets, representing non-tagged assets can also be created.
Additionally, Bar|Scan can import your existing records to reconcile your
physical inventory to your book inventory.
If necessary, we can reconcile your new
assets to any existing ledgers and tax returns, updating asset values to make
your property records current. And current records are important to prevent
